I made the mistake of cutting at 15 rapidly to get “hallow” cheeks some bs like that. I thought lower body fat meant everything. Now i’m fucked. I’m certain that period was my growing period in puberty and I missed it because I was busy being a dumbass and going on a 1000 deficit for months. i’m 17 now and I think i’m hard stuck 5’7. don’t make the same mistake please eat enough cals to grow. unless ur obese ofc
