Just do it for yourself, they would say. All I know is that I've seen some hard-coping manlet sub5s who are ripped but cannot pull for the life of them. And even I know it's hopeless for them. Need some motivation bois

But my classmate bulked up over the summer, from 55 kg to 85, as there was 0 attention from the girls SO IT REMAINS JFL
But to be honest, the gym improves your skin and stuff and your posture. What improves your face by 0.5-1.0 psl (depends on the beauty of your face, if you are a freak it will give 0.2 if normie 0.5, if htn 1 psl.) which is a lot

if my body shows, or at least arms/shoulders, my iois go up by A LOT. like legit stacylites and high tier beckies being interested in me. body matters a lot

but now that jbs are too young for me and roasties are mostly attracted to height, i need to compensate with body

I want to gym but I can’t cope with not being lean for months before cutting. I think even if a lean bulk it’s gonna fuck my appearance so bad. Brutal

Taking the USA for example, 1/3 of the population is obese, 1/3 is overweight.
You put yourself in the top tier physically just by working out. And I'm not talking about looking like a bodybuilder, I'm talking about being 155llbs lean. 1707692925718483 You can achieve that by working out 4h a week. And if we take in consideration just the body, these guys mog 99% of the people.
By eating a good diet, not only you will gain muscle, but you will also look better. Les inflammation, better skin, better teeth, etc.

Why do you try to find excuses not to workout?
If you are fat (or skinny fat) right now, you can start with a cut. Eat a high protein low carb diet, go to the gym, you will lean down and probably gain a little bit of muscle mass too. Then, when you are lean enough, you progressively increase the carbs, stay high protein, until you gain weight at a steady and slow rate, let's say 1 pound per month. You will slow bulk, and not be fat.

I still do 1 hr of cardio 5-6 days a week. I’ll try what u said though
