idk if this is a joke but 4 times per second but idk if you can do 5 mins without rest i usally do 60s then rest 1 min then repeat so i guess in the span of 5 min it would be around 720

oh if you mean how many rest days then take 0 rest days

thats just untrue. i give a lot of good thoughts even though its just short form content. i enjoy making jokes as if its a joke i send to a friend and yes i agree those arent original but my longer text format content is original and people always comment and say they relate. or that it invokes thought in them
