This is mostly for the greys. Don't perma jut the issue I got is TMD. Not like advanced form of TMD and shit. If you have Tmj issues I won't really recommend doing masseters exercises, clenching or mpr. Once I stoped doing this my issue got away and now I am how I was before. If have overjet or overbite don't try to jut your way out, I was trying that but is like not really worth it. If you are younger just go for orthodontic help. I have overjet and one of tooth is in grown so I just did expander which can also really help you with the TMD. And now I have braces that will pull some of the teeth together and back for it to creating space. So ye if you have overjet or overbite go to your orthodontist don't perma jut
