definitely, id say 8ius+ could work really well for you but you also risk nose and ear enlargement

Anecdotal and purely descriptive, so take it with a grain of salt.

As someone who’s been on it for about 2-3 years and documented most changes regularly, no, it didn’t grow my hands or feet (breadth/ length).
The fingers thickened slightly, unclear, whether it’s actual structural change.
It did grow my nose, though, and significantly thickened my skin, which can be observed on regular CT and CBCT scans.

Jaw-Bone morphology didn’t change. Bone density increased slightly overall.
Chin projection didn’t change in any significant/ measurable way, same for the brow ridge.
Ramus length decreased on the right side and the right condyle deteriorated within 3 years (obviously due to malocclusion).
Bigonial width stayed exactly the same.
Airway became ever so slightly narrower.
