I larped as turk and people who made nice comments about them beforehand suddenly started hating on me. I had people who had turkish friends literally treat me like scum. Remember, everyone is racist and can't change. If someone is a certain ethnicity they will have tribal urges that overpower any personal sentiments. If a friend of yours says he accepts you he is gaslighting. I'm french and I also have some tribal tendencies but I do feel like compared to most here I am very open minded. The behaviour here is very appalling and I might leave tbh. No one can be truly logical if their own features are involved, lots base their entire persona on this.
