1. moneymaxx to get surgery
careermaxx

2. skincaremaxx
accutane

3. leanmaxx
12% bodyfat is super ideal incredibly easy to maintain with Reta

4. dentalmaxx (well aligned bite straight white teeth)
ortho + DIY whitening

5. hairmaxx (arguably cope I mean all hair however eyebrows lashes an facial hair ofc, arguably)
just use good products this is probably cope however healthy hair usually seems genetic too likely some procedures you can get done to make it look healthier however
minox for eyelashes can make eye area look (very slightly) better
facial hair either be clean shaven or proper beard no need for inbetween shave that shit off if it isnt strong
eyebrows dark and thick no unibrow obv
haircuts occasionally to keep tidy

tdlr:
take Accutane, inject reta, book an ortho appointment, fix any hair falios and thats essentially 99% of softmaxxing
spend the rest of your time moneymaxxing so you can get surgery

first long post can't be bothered backing up anything basically a filler post

true thumbpulling is the only way to ascend
accutane = balding + dry skin (oldmaxxing)

ortho = jewed to remove wisdom teeth (for most) = less forward growth
diy whitening = rotted teeth in 2 years (even less bonemass)

Dry skin is solved using a moisturiser and hair thinning is reversible one or two cycles of Accutane will have u set for life
A good orthodontist will not remove teeth you can request a palate expander

surgery is unnecessary unless you were born ugly which many of you are

isotretinoin + retatrutide/mounjaro +mt2 + cialis/viagra are the golden drugs, i agree. try on fake tan, you've have fails. learn to makeup. learn to dress (90% of the time, that's just an all black fit with white sneakers should be a go to). whiten teeth with cp. not a lot more needed.

inject botox in your armpits, and mesotox is also helpful. you can also do your own preventative botox to forehead and glabella. fat dissolvers somewhat helpful.

dying hair darker, and facial hair and eyebrows.

laser off pubic hair and underarm hair which takes a few sessions.

those are some of the main ones.

definitely won't apply to everyone, but if you are trying to maintain a clean shaven look/ you can't or do not want to grow out facial hair MT2 will often times make facial hair darker and more prominent (harder to keep the clean shaven look and shaving frequency has to increase).

just a note for anyone this may apply to.

facial hair looks better on 75%+. only unless you've got very striking and boyish features.

if you can't gow facial hair you are a child for the most part and need minoxidil

basically all celeb men have facial hair and use it from hemswoth to beckham etc. even gandy. there are limited exceptions like caville, but even he wears stubble and looks actually pretty bad sometimes when he's washed out and with his receding hairline under bright lights with poor makeup a clean face e.g. when he was on graham norton years ago, he looked really bad. all celeb men when they're going without stubble have professional makeup arists.

dude does not look good here, yellow uneven teeth, washed out, with this gelled up receding hairline, put on weight and has thinning eyebrows. of course this is not how he appears normally in his interviews.

there are very few exceptions like the soyboy asians from korea who can't grow it or timothee chalomet, but he's just hyped - if you look recently with his haircut he looks like a 4 - people are commenting on it on the videos, he also did a norton interview and looked ridiculous. half of his looks was the hair interacting with the face shape, he had to compensate with his hair the whole time.

he has tried and failed some facial hair, but he's a low test soyboy and looks ridiculous.

he descended himself.

this goes to the heart of why many of you are so abysmally ugly

imo the clean look mogs, but I am 18 and maybe ill regret nuking it when im older, but for now I wanna rock the clean look as well as shaving is a big detriment to anti-aging and many people concerned with skin health and longevity have already lasered their facial hair completely off. lastly, i think that you may be right in some cases but for people with VERY sensitive skin like me shaving is horrible for my skincare and overall health indicators.

Surgery isn't NECESSARY yes. None of this is NECESSARY but this forum is called looksMAX.
The majority of the population likely 90%+ has some form of recession by the aesthetic (not clinical) standards set by BOTB posts in this forum. Think how many people have recessed infraorbitals for example. Surgery is much less risky than people think even a lefort 2 has a high success rate. With careful planning and a good surgeon you can almost guarantee great results.

Learning how to dress cannot ascend you facially that is mainly what I am talking about but again definitely has it's place but there is no point bothering if you haven't maxed out everything on this list.

This isn't a guide on frauding that is not a softmax however it definitely has it's place in LM.

I have not researched the Botox in armpits I assume this is to make your sweat glands less active. Not a bad idea, my only concern is I've heard the theory that women can smell testosterone. However I am not sure the mechanism behind it supposing it's true, and I'm not certain that it would involve the armpits.

Darkening hair I don't believe will improve looks for the majority of people. I agree darkening brows 100% is a looks positive.

Body hair isn't necessarily a looksmin.

how is shaving a detriment to anti aging

Telling kids to go on reta with low bodyfat is diabolical

Reta is not something kids should get is literally an experimental drug not approved, also getting leaner young will decrease potential to grow taller.

Reta could be useful if you cannot control your diet properly but definitely not something kids should play with.

It's also because he has a recessed maxilla, people with recessed maxillas don't tend to age well as their skin sags (if even slightly)

relating to development it will lead to slower plate closer due to fat aromatising testosterone to estrogen
and it also won't affect GH...
12% is a healthy bodyfat.

how is shaving a detriment to anti aging
Repeated microtrauma can lead to chronic inflammation, which over time may slightly accelerate collagen breakdown and contribute to fine lines. Shaving removes a thin layer of dead skin, exposing new, more sensitive skin to the sun. Not to mention if you are shaving daily it is probably equivalent to over exfoliation.

yes you can expect around 3-4 inches of FWDG (forward dick growth) from thumbpulling
make sure you pull hard enough or there won't be enough stimulus
you need to make macrotears to ensure growth
