I’ve been fat all my life and have tried many methods to get skinny until I got my lazy ass up and went to the gym but the one method that actually cooked me for years was starving myself not only did this make me actually just randomly faint and fall to the ground but it gave me a Norwood 3 hairline from the rampant hair loss I was also severely depressed which caused stress and cortisol which both lead to hair loss and cooking ur face just be disciplined and watch ur calories and run don’t be a retard and starve yourself if someone tells you to they likely have never even starved themselves or they’re setting you up for failure

doesn’t dht permanently cook ur hairline? I got my hairline back in 3 years with no minox or fin just straight thugging it out
