for future gymcels or manlets who wanna grow taller dont make the same mistake as me (taking letrozole) my e2 was at 0-1pg/ml once, my pumps were mid even tho i took 600mg test and 300mg eq bunch of sarms, my liver enzymers got to 50 and my CRP got high beacuse of me fucking estrogen (liver problems cancelled any height growth gains) , my drive to fuck any huzz was at 0 i went from being a cock beater to masturbating 1x a week, i felt horrible beacuse of my organs having no protection from estrogen all i did besides gym was LDAR i had no energy


i had my estrogen fucked for 3-4 months, i took HGH and at the last 2 months i hopped on androgens
height gains:
after all this time i tracked my height gains at 1.5cm max
it was not fucking worth it waste of time imagine living with such a shit mood for years just for a little bit of cm

positives:
only my decision making was calmer, it was harder for me to get mad i was much more calm and i didnt really care about 99% of things that happend

i was immune to ragebait beacuse of all this i couldnt care less about anyone

doses:
i was taking just 0.6mg and my shit is still fucked (thats 1/5 of the pill which is crazy considering i paid 20$ for 50 pills)
i researched more about dosing (yeah just now fml)
the only dose that can be considered safe is 0.05mg its supposed to inhibit 40-70% of aromatase (thats what the study said)
