Trust me, when you do find people to talk to it's not worth it, what do you gain? Giving more people access to the information in fact hurts you more than anything even if they are somehow receptive to it.

Agreed, I'll tell my friends things they should do for a healthier lifestyle but I'm not gonna tell them that their gonial angle is too high and will need surgery.
