Vast majority of people who are LTM/MTN/HTN are hardcapped to that tier. You just can't change that. Asking for a rating and then improvements to increase an entire tier is autism.

People who 'ascend' are usually fatties who gymmaxxed, children who didn't complete facial development or those did some high risk surgery which could have went array.

Most of looksmaxxing is just about making subtle improvements and at best increasing your PSL by 0.5.

Outside of getting in shape and keeping your hair/skin optimal, there’s really not much you can do unless you go surgical which always has the opportunity to go really bad or not come out the way you want it to.

It’s a dice roll, just straight up luck-based and that’s all there is to it. Brutal world
