I never use this stuff when showering, my hair has really ascended, it's far higher quality now, much more shiny and isn't frizzy in the slightest.

Yeah, I used to use shampoo and conditioner like once a week and it would ruin my hair.

That's why I cut it all off and regrew my hair from scratch. That was like the start of 2021.
