Waking up one day when you’re 52 working as a general store manager.
I got nothing against the working man, I’m just saying that… You didn’t go for your dream. Even if it was a little little tiny dream, what a shit life you had because… you lived your life scared

One of the things I’ve realised in life is that most people never move from 0-1. A lot of people got hopes, dreams and aspiration but 90% of people don’t even try. Moving from 1-10 might be difficult, but for a lot of people, moving from 0-1 is impossible.

I don't even think being successful is hard nowadays especially with the amount of opportunities in the world. You just have to go to college and work smart. Most rich people I know failed a lot of times but got one opportunity and took it while some people would give up after one setback.

No such thing as wasting your life if the aging abomination had been solved.

Making something of my life isn’t necessarily making money that’s the end goal. I’d just want To be able to look back at 52 knowing I’ve built a legacy. I applied to university today. I will probably become an entrepreneur at some point.

Cope, you are too weak to change. If you werent you would start now
Just sporadically stopping browsing this shithole isn’t gonna change anything. You set a deadline and follow through with it. I’ve set my deadline and I will follow through with it.

Store managers generally work upstairs so won’t see them on floor often. You’re probably thinking of floor managers. They’re on salary not hourly

But to be a store manager from ground. You need to first become a manager in a department be selected to train for store manager and then be a manager in every department for minimum 3 months.

I’d assume a management degree would get you a department management position from start though. Skipping assistant and supervisor

Mind you I’m not American

You know...the problem is this: We live in a world where just about any business idea is not going to work because there is already a large corporation occupying the entire thing. The only thing that still works is investing - but it requires money to begin with - and social media. These are the only two ways these days not to be a slave. And social media has gotten pretty difficult, too. So even if you do make it in social media don't lie to yourself and tell yourself that anyone could do it. The truth is most people can't do shit because there are no opportunities.
