i see so many guys with bodies normies would consider as ”greek gods” but when you take a good look at their bodies you always notice big flaws that may be not low enough body fat or not wide enough clavicles, bad muscle insertions ornjust a blocky waist. i see this alot and even with bodybuilders and it looks completly shit even though they have a good amount of muscles on them it’s like you can see that they compensate for their trash genetics by packing on as much muscle as possible. the worst ones are the ”powerlifters” who become fat just to gain some useless strenght that barely matters in day to day life.

i believe that gym is cope but if you are going to workout atleast have the right genetics to stand out from the masses.
