I’m serious.
They’ve lived a completely stress-free life & a mostly animal based diet.

Combine that kind of lifestyle with good aging genes & it’s not a surprising result.

No exercise, no money worries, no illness, no work stress, no family problems, etc.
Pretty much anything that would cause chronic stress, they didn’t experience.
