Many times I have observed young men popping the "do you have a boy friend" question 10 seconds after approaching a woman. And I have always found it cringe and creepy. It is almost always low IQ, low inhib ethnic and blue collar types that do this, I suspect they do ti primarily because they can't think of anything else to say.
