Doordashing is not worth it (but here’s why you should DoorDash anyways)

Doordashing is not worth it tbh.
Heres the reality of how DoorDash is

An average order will make you drive like 4 miles for 7 dollars

Something to note is, 4 miles isn’t actually 4 miles. In reality ur driving like 2 miles to the restaurant 4 miles to the customer then 6 miles back to where you originally were (unless you want to be in another city by the end of the night and have to drive all the way back still)

So in reality even tho it looks like a good deal it isnt

And something to note car maintenance is about $0.70 per miles on average for a car being used to doordash

Meaning if you make $7 but drive 8 miles uve actually lost money in the long run

Honestly the only real benefit of DoorDash is instant pay


The only time you should really DoorDash is if you need a quick buck. For example if I want a snack or meal and don’t wana spend money from my bank account I can just DoorDash rq and get some wing stop or some shit

On average after 1 hour of doordashing I’ll make like $18 but after you factor in everything like gas and car wear and tear it’s really like $12 which is like a McDonald’s meal

Also this doesn’t have to be said but ur also risking ur life. Lot of crazy drivers on the road so if ur driving every day for hours you will eventually encounter one or more idiots (some nigg almost crashed into me) and if you hit someone ur insurance goes up and you pay a fine out of pocket possibly which als needs to be factored into how much you actually make

Definitely not something you should do to replace a job but you can do it if you want a stake and shake meal or 4 for 4



Also sometimes if someone orders fries I will throw a few in my mouth if the bag is opened


And you can just outright scam the customer just take a photo of it dropped off but before sending it steal that shit and eat it (don’t do it all the time or DoorDash will ban you if the find out) and btw when people refund the dasher keeps the money unless it happens too many times for it to be realistically the customers fault. So you deadass can just eat shit if ur hungry

Dnr when I was in college I legit made frol 250-400 a day multapping. Especially 3am Uber orders shit pays like 50 bucks to deliver something 10 miles. Crazy good money ngl but now its filled with illegals accepting shit tier orders so it sucks now
