nothing i can change until im 18 and eben then its gonna be really hard

Realistically, all you can do is work towards it and accept what you have now. At least, like you said, there's a chance once you're 18.

Can you work? all you have to do is make enough to move out, study and make friends through mutuals and social events. Picking up a trade is a good idea if you're poor.
