Whatever you are, your biggest problem seems like it’s probably social life so you have to force yourself to put yourself out there and not just rot on looksmax.org after school. Are you still in HS or did you graduate? If you’ve graduated it might be harder to form a social circle unless you’re going to college, unironically it might be worth to go to college for that + you mentioned a cert class so what is it for, IT?

i can’t lie being in afghanistan has to be brutal, on the bright side can’t you get some arranged marriage? You’ll have to find someone from the middle east to help give more specific advice but i’d imagine guys are social there so there has to be someway for you to meet new friends. What sports are popular in afghanistan? If you’re muslim maybe you could visit a specific mosque and befriend people there

Is there some way you could further your education? Here in the US we have GED for people who didn’t complete high school. On the bright side you’re basically average height for an Afghan man, you just need to work on the body. I hear a lot of middle easterners / desis suffer from the skinny fat build so while I can’t relate check out Hamza Ahmed, some people here hate on him but he has a lot of good advice for self improvement / fitness. And he’s pakistani so he used to suffer from the skinny fat / gyno build too. Just look up his name and any fitness vids / general self improvement and maybe he’ll have some advice to help you out
