I am currently Dopaminemaxing which means im consuming skibidi brainrot, scroll ig reels, yt shorts, tik tok and watch adin ross live stream etc. For 16 hours a day I do this and the goal is to see if it will make me more social by consuming content normies watch.

It's negatively affecting my ability to focus so far. Possibly because my dopamine receptors are being overused and my dopamine base-level is really high, so it makes it harder for me to find a reason do to other things because it wont give me nearly as much dopamine. As watching ig reels does for example.
