Regarding his ears, dorian yates 100% got otoplasty

I can't pinpoint a time where they looked different all of a sudden: here at 34: (they look more angular, less asymmetrical, compared to age 26 he definitely got his first surgery here)



However later in his 40s they looked even less pronounced, maybe he got a second surgery then.

I think a lot of them become mouthbreathers/develop sleep apnea from gaining too much mass around their necks.

thats after absurd amounts of steroids

why don't you just get jaw surgery, the steroid effect of jaw growth doesn't even look aesthetic

if you want jaw then surgery its not that complicated steriods are for body not jaw

often the jaws after soemthing like bimax do look off sadly, cheeks stay bloated for a very long time (forever?), and having high testosterone plus a big neck, wide shoulders are a halo for the face, so I will take (light) steroids anyways.

dude please don't answer me anymore as you're clearly completely deranged. Yes his jaw is now better, but his harmony is completely destroyed. If you'd see the first person on the street you wouldnt notice him, he would just be a slighly less attractive guy. The right one looks uncanny, he looks very weird, and his ipd is clearly too narrow for his new jaw and there is no surgery he can do for that except for lefort 3.

Obstructive sleep apnea is very common amongst bodybuilders and having a lot of mass (whether it be fat or muscle) on the neck is a risk factor for developing it.
