you're strawmaning my argument, I never said dick will continue to develop at 25. Although ironically it can in men whose sexual development was stunted due to low DHT. other DHT dependent traits related to male dimorphism, however, clearly do continue to develop into adulthood. the idea that you, as a man, can just nuke your levels of the main androgenic male hormone systemically and have no negative effects is absurd. at any age its influence on the brain, psychology and behaviour is incredibly significant.
the DHT hypothesis of hairloss is also fundamentally flawed and at least partially wrong. yes I'm aware of the arguments for it, but the observation of elevated DHT levels in balding scalps appears to be mainly a symptom of impaired oxidative metabolism of glucose in relavent cells, inflammation and stress hormone imbalance. estrogen is known to terminate hair growth and testosterone to promote it, and there is a gradual rise of androgenic alopecia in men with age (as DHT levels decline and E2 rises).
