my maxilla is very well projected and prominent however i have a slight dorsal hump on my nose which does not look as look aesthetically pleasing for my side profile however my nose does have a slight upturn so could it just be from genetics ? and it my only option to either get filler or go to turkey and get the dorsal hump flattened?
