Dorsal hump shaving or Radix implant?

Witch of these two is generally better to do for a rhinoplasty? Both give the illusion of making the nose bridge straighter but incase of having a low radix with a slight dorsal hump what is aesthetically the better choice on a nose like this? (I share the same similarities)
