In FIFA 20 upfront I had 91 James who I got from completing ez missions, 92 sterling for 70k and 90 Jiminez who I bought at 86 then his card upgraded to 90.

I barely tried and didn't play until towards the end of FIFA 20 and still ended up with a high rated team.
