Dosage Propranolol and Eplerenpne

I know these are 2 completely different meds but which dosages should i run?

im also trying to use the propranolol against redness maybe this makes a change in the dosage

Carvedilol is much better for flushing if you have constant vascular erythema. It is a beta blocker as well as an alpha blocker, whereas propranolol is only a beta blocker. 6-12 mg of immediate-release carvedilol twice daily has some studies showing a significant reduction in baseline erythema as well as flare-ups. It also comes in an extended-release form, which theoretically would work similarly; however, there is less evidence for that currently. The equivalent dose would be 10 mg-20 mg once daily.

Make sure you pay attention to other medications you take as well. Oral minoxidil as well as PDE-5 inhibitors (tadalafil, sildenafil, vardenafil, etc.) can cause flushing ranging from minor to fairly major in my case. I'd also recommend only taking minoxidil at night; it helps avoid the worst of the flushing. All three of these medications can lower blood pressure, so be careful if taking them together.

Ensuring your redness is not caused by acne, sensitivity, or a damaged skin barrier is where you should start ideally. Azelaic acid, Cica, niacinimide, and panthenol are all decent for inflamed skin. Make sure you use an unscented skin barrier moisturizer and sunscreen as well.

Redness can be caused by overproliferation of Demodex mites as well, even if it isn't presenting as papular-pustule. 4 doses of 12 mg ivermectin split between 4 weeks can massively reduce the mite population. Don't do this long-term, as it's not great for your liver. Definitely something worth trying, in my opinion.
