Im 14 and struggle with acne and smile lines and such, nothing wild out of hand but just was wondering what dosage some one of my age should take, im 210 ish pounds and dont have severe acne, like nothing cystic or everywhere but enough to need ghk

Focus on losing weight before you start even considering peptides for skin reasons. You're 14, acne is normal to have and ghk won't help if you're consistently getting acne, as is normal at your age (unless you're staying on it for ages)

And if you're hell bent on peps, hop on reta to lose that weight, then look at what is most important to take care of from there.
