Dosages for Cjc 1295 + Ipamorelin

I am 15 turning 16 in a couple months. I’m 181cm and want to maximise height and bone growth. So I’m gonna hop on Cjc 1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin and want to know what dosages to take and how often I should take it, so basically just a plan for taking it. also do I need any blood tests or anything before hopping on?

250mcg morning and dont eat anything like 20-35 minutes after, and 250 mcg before sleeping, and dont eat anything before in like 2 hours.
