I posted this like a month ago but I still haven't got my shipment but its coming soon so I just wanna check if my dosages are good.

60 mg iron bisglycinate
500 mg vitamin c
Take on empty stomach

Collagen:10 g
Calcium:1,000 mg
Beta-carotene: 3–6 mg
Lycopene:30 mg
and then I'm missing vitamin k2+d3

In the first like 3 days of my acc, I'd go to unanswered threads & answer peoples questions but those niggas would never get on the site again so I just have a lot of unanswered posts. idk if i can still fix my rep ratio

Fax like probs atleast 1500+, maybe over 2000 posts of mine is just rating greys and giving tips, then they have fucking evicersted my rep ratio
