Double Jaw Surgery before Palate Expansion? Or vice versa?

I have an interesting proposal from Defrancq than includes LF1 + BSSO + genio + peek implants + forehead reduction. I will most likely go with him.

However, he hasn't offered any form of mouth/palate widening. So I have a question - can you do surgical/orthodonic palate expansion after a bimax? Or must it be done before?

FWIW I have a normal bite and would otherwise not need any orthodontic treatment before surgery.
