Ironically, I might get it because I suspect I have sleep apnea. You see, even if you HAVE the money for it, getting approved for it ain’t easy. My midface projection is definitely lacking so i guess it’ll looks max me but…do you people not realize that it fucking HURTS? It’s not comparable to implants or a nose job, it’s essentially a facial reconstructive surgery that involves cutting into nerves. The risk of permanent numbness in your face is NOT that low, about a 10% chance. And since the surgery involves sawing into your facial bones, I’ll be honest I might just be too scared of the pain to get this one. Wisdom teeth extraction was bad enough
