Double jaw surgery optimal recovery(high iq gtfih)

I’m getting double jaw in the summer. People who have gotten it what did you guys do to optimize recovery? I’ve heard hgh is good , but mixed opinions on bpc

Hard to know, hgh tb and bpc shpuld all help but highly theoretical

Bpc have been studied on animals, nothing more. Good overall diet and doing all the post op instructions right is what matters. Then its highly genetic how much swelling and how fast you recover

Iam 90% sure it’s mostly cope for DJS.
But general post op instructions will make a diff (cold, physical therapist for jaw, eating well sleeping well)

6weeks ago. It went down pretty slow. Now it remains mostly around the nose and upper jaw. Maybe chin a little. I will make. A post about it

First 5 days are hell. Especially with big mvmnts.
After 1 week the burn goes away and you’re swollen and have difficulty talking eating etc.
First 5 days were very hard mentally. Felt like a disproportionate monster so it was even hard being with my fam but okayish
