double jaw surgery with rhinoplasty, implants, buccal fat removal and canthoplasty

Serious discussion, do you all think that buccal fat removal is necessary with these lineups? Personally I think its needed and canthoplasty too, but the cost is in the tens of thousands and that's money I just dont have at the moment, and probably never will. I think that as long as I get these surgeries I can ascend, although im not sure of it considering how long it will take to gain the money. Im also considering taking gh and mk-677, which one of these do you think are more realistic?
