you need to plan this out seriously, do endless morphs, study your ratios, become obsessed.

just putting yourself on the table isnt enough to make it out of sub5celdom in a sustainable way, if youre 25 and looking 30+ why the fuck should you get buccal fat removal for your recessed ass, youre going to end up looking gaunt as fuck.

dont rely on the surgeons for consultations either, you need to create your own vision of your appearance
