Should double jaw and mod l3 be coordinated together? Or should I see one surgeon for double jaw without mentioning the Lefort 3... then after, see someone for the mod Lefort 3?

Midface augmentation is mostly needed if you advance both jaws
If I actually get Bimax I would plan to get the MLF3/implants in a few years
