Doubt about eye surgery

Tomorrow will be the big day... After months on the waiting list I will meet with the best eye surgeon in my country. I already have an idea in my head about what to ask for, but I would like your help;
is it possible i can get the results of the photo where i'm pulling the underside of the eyes? what should i ask the surgeon?
