Also, topical or oral, which one is better? and what dosage of eplerenone to counter aldosterone would be ideal? i was thinking abt 50mg

Topical if you don’t mind spending an extra 2 minutes applying it everywhere you need to. But it works better locally. Oral for overall hair growth everywhere. Id do topical for hair/brows/lashes

I think you might be thinking of latisse, but I could be wrong. Id say maybe volufiline but dyor
