Doug brignole theory ruined my chest, but incline bench press saved it

Doug brignole tricked my into not doing incline movements because he said they dont hit the chest fibers, and decline dumbell bench hits all the chest fibers, well i listened to this advice and my chest went to complete shit, as a result i have not incline benched in 3 years

i decided to say fuck it and i started to bench press again week. on the incline bench press i was only able to do 135 lbs for 5 reps on the first day, everyday for the past week ive stopped training all my other muscles and ive gone into the gym with the goal of doing 2 sets of incline bench to failure

yesterday i tested my max was able to do 135 lbs for 15 reps (with perfect form)

my chest is growing daily, i am eating a ton of red meat and cheese to support my rapid growth of this lagging muscle.
