Her facial features are more pronounced and therefore, superior to Doutzen's.

Now, to be fair, neither Adriana nor Doutzen have the best mouth area in the world. Both have small central+lateral incisors that are flared and not very white either (wide palate + straight, large & white teeth mogs).
