Please be brutal and honest , I want to know what more I can do to ascend. I have lost 150 pounds got shredded , grew out hair , fixed and whitened teeth , appeal maxed with tats and piercings , dyed facial hair , been on peps etc. come a long way for sure but what else can I do ??
