downgrafting for sfs with no recession

My face has good forward growth and the bite is perfect but the mid face is short along with short ramus that is exaggerated by big earlobes and a chin that's female tier. my whole jaw also looks like a oval or roundish from the front lmao.I have very little downgrowth. is a bimax with downgrafting really the solution?
