DOWNGROWN INDIAN WITH PECULIAR FACE REQUIRES ADVICE

I wanted to know if I did the side measurements right (I am trying to assess if a DJS is needed or if I can get away with implants, as downgrowth is a major failo I have).

If I wanted to change my nose how should I go about it? Main things are the dorsal hump and tip, I’m scared of a full rhino bc I like my radix and have a chance of being botched. Should I just opt for tip correction, or alarplasty as well? My philtrum might also become longer

Ty but I feel like it is, im carried by harmony and misc rn and have close to no angularity which is gonna f me over as I age. I just want my gonions to flare a little more and my malar region to be slightly more forwardly projected, ik malar implants are frowned upon. My eyebrows are high set too but oh well what can u do. As for my side well I don’t rlly have to say anything …

Harmony and misc are way more important irl than angularity ngl, because they’re significantly more consistent while angularity is heavily impacted by water retention slight weight changes puffiness lighting etc.

Idk man ig. Do u have any tips tho. BSing, pharmahacking, frauding, hardmaxxing?

My plans initially:

Surgical:
1). Jaw Angle implants + chin implant/genio, highest ROI my JFA and Bigonial width + flare is my biggest flaw. Will also help ramus and chin proj from side. Risks: soft tissue malformation + bloat may ruin harmony

2). Rhinosepto. Do I even need to explain, + I have a deviated septum. Maybe an alarplasty too. Risks: botched radix, alar base, long philtrum. My nasal tip can only improve tbh so no risk there

3). Lateral Commirisoplasty. Lip width + downturned commisures are my next biggest flaw, this one is very easy + high ROI. Risks: joker smile ig

4) Canthoplasty/pexy. This one is a little more on the last resort side, my eye region is actually quite nice irl and I get a lot of compliments on it (ik you can say everyone compliments eyes but the pictures don’t do it justice, up close I have good lashes + hazel brown color and a good limbal ring). Main flaw here is my infras. I have dark circles, negative orbital vector, scleral show and a neutral to slightly negative canthal tilt. Pexy would be highest ROI here imo, also increasing PFL/PFH. Risks: uncanny looking eyes, weird scleral triangles, appearance of longer midface.

Pharma:
Skin: was planning on tret, azyleiac acid and maybe estriol. GHK as well but idk yet.
Hair: family prone to balding and have noticed thinning already so I am on oral minox + fin. Transplant will come when we get to that stage
Dimo + muscles: haven’t rlly looked into roids, have been fearmongered by it for a while. We will see

Frauds/softmaxxes:
Eyebrow pen beneath my brows for lower setedness.
Concealer for infra hyperpigmentation.
Tinted SPF.
Hair fibers if it gets to that point.
+1 inch heightboosts when I go to clubs

Mostly casual tbh, but I have been more long term with this girl at my uni and I haven’t had the heart to tell her i have incredible dysmorphia and cannot commit to anyone atm. We will see how things go when school resumes

Honestly man I just want to be desired by everyone to fill this void of insecurity I have. ik it’s unrealistic but yk how it goes. It’s sad but I know I will never be able to look in a mirror again and be truly satisfied with what I see.
I’m ND and diagnosed with severe anxiety and ADHD, as well as mild depression atm, so I’m very socially handicapped. That’s why I got so into LM, as a way to make up for this shortfall. Though at times I wish I never discovered this community bc u know how obsessive ppl like me can get. And I know it’s gonna get a lot worse as I age and start to lose my looks, I’m seeing a pysch rn so hopefully I can beat this battle before life really starts to ramp up. Sorry if this sounds like a pity party, I genuinely am very smart and I know what I’m doing is pretty unhealthy but the difference between recognizing it and escaping it is extremely difficult.
