Downsides of implants

title. Anything that could go wrong? Everyone likes to jump on implants but I've seen some people have bad bone resorption resulting in the implant needing to be taking out? Is there anything else that you should be aware of?

i've heard you may need to replace it with age. also they're easy to get wrong and there's a good chance you may have to get revision...

some peoples body's "reject" the implant i've heard...

if you ever have them removed, this will leave your skin sagging and can require you to go get a face lift surgery, which is not ideal to get unless you are old..
