Downsides of MSE?

i have a narrow palate and flat maxilla, should i get mse or biobloc?

Idk tbh, neither is good. I went with biobloc and I’m happy with what it has done for me. But I’m also not the usual person. I can def see many people going into it with the wrong ideas and comming away angry that they didn’t get an MSE expansion. And vise sversa

If your maxilla is recessed, you are widening a bone that is already recessed, therefore putting MORE recessed bone on your skull
