Downsides of nuking your e2?

I'm thinking of microdosing an AI while on Mk before I start rhGH but will have to obviously continue since I don't want an estrogen rebound.
Was recommended to absoultely nuke my e2 to shambles, like absolutely zero so I can have maxmimal growth, are there any main downsides besides a possbile slight malformation of the spine which is irrelevant?

try to keep it at a range like somewhere from 10-15pg/ml ideally, or 15-20pg/ml im not sure which one.
