Backstory:

Iam finding extremely hard to keep exercising during the afternoon and evening because of how different my days are, I don’t have set routine and after trying one for a month and a half I came to the realization that I just follow my schedule and routine without being productive at all, I started hating working out in the evening because at that point I don’t even want to work out anymore and Iam just mentally exhausted

Question:

Are there any negative effects that might come up from me working out 10 minutes after i wake up from sleep?

I’ll be asleep by 8 pm and I’ll wake up at 4 am, I’ll stretch for a bit then start working out. My workouts usually don’t take more than an hour if Iam focused, after Iam done I’ll take a shower and get dressed then leave for university at 6pm

That’s what Iam planning, but Iam not sure if working out that early in my day won’t affect me negatively during the evening

Edit: I have 70 kg worth of plates at home and I have different shaped bars, so all of my workouts are done at home effectively

this isn’t a yes or no question, I specifically asked this here and flagged it under discussion so I can read other people’s experiences

I have a functioning brain, I haven’t posted anything on this forum for a solid month and something, I know that I can copy and paste this question on google and find many people discussing this, but I want to join in on the discussion and not just be an observer, all of the other discussions are old or inactive
