Downward grown infraorbitals

I know infraorbital rim implants can bring forward a recessed infraorbital rim and that's their primary purpose

However, can you get infraorbital rim implants that help bring up a downward grown infraorbital rim??

I have a positive orbital vector, but due to fat loss the rim is very visible. It is a little downward grown
