downward grown + recessed maxilla. please help 16y

a girl said i looked like a frog like a year ago almost and i still think about it. ortho wont give me a marpe because my jaw is already too wide even though it flat-recessed. my side is just so fucked because my maxilla makes my nose look jewish. i have little to no forward growth and im downgrown. is there literally solution that doesnt involve hardmaxxing or is it over?
