Downward growth and bad gonial angle

I have downward growth and bad gonial angle but i’m 16 years old almost 17. Is it over or can i still improve it somehow, i’ve always been a mouth breather and never mewing until 6 months ago. If i can fix it pls help me how

If u were younger, using twin block or herbst appliances could have worked, but not now (16 is considered adult age in orthodontics)

Your issue is caused by weak maxillary growth, and it can only be addressed with le fort i surgery, which advances the maxilla upward and forward.
