Downward growth from 16-19

Hi,
I used to have good jaw development up until a about 16. Since then my mandible has been rotating backwards, stretching my face, messing up everything. I can’t figure out as to why since it developed well up until 16. If anyone has any insight on this I would appreciate.

i went to a ortho and they just gave me Invisalign which is fine. Explain the fascia thing tho. Also would hard mewing and chin tucks do anything or should I just relax

they might + ur fascia get sluggish after sitting too much

since last year i have noticed quite sum cww rotation, that is, upward growth, would not say a lot, like 10% or something, but all i did was follow some good sleep guides and get some good sleep, i don't have good sleep anymore, and another thing that i did was really good diet, high in every nutrient n all, and i think this was the main reason for it, i might have followed some other stuff like 0 mouth breathing, trying to mew, i could not really though, and perfect posture while awake and asleep, mark me as solution if u think this would help, if u want the specifics then dm me
